Deliveries, Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Deliveries

All items will be delivered via Royal Mail. We offer 1st class, 2nd class and Tracked24 shipping. Our current dispatch time is up to two weeks from your order, delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping option. 

  • 1st Class Shipping: 1-2 days from dispatch.
  • 2nd Class Shipping: 2-3 days from dispatch. 
  • Tracked24 Shipping: 24 hours from dispatch.

For international orders, all items will be shipped via Royal Mail. We offer International Economy, International Standard and International Tracked shipping. We recommend that all international customers purchase tracked shipping as both International Economy and International Standard DO NOT come with a tracking number. Once we have shipped International Economy and International Standard items we will be unable to locate your item. 

Please be aware that International Economy can take between 2-12 weeks to arrive, and all shipping options may be subject to customs. We do not take responsibility for any customs fees that you may be charged. 

If you have any issues receiving your order, please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue. 

Refunds & Returns 

If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us as we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue. 

However, if you still wish to receive a refund please return your item to us within 28 days of purchasing and we will provide you with a full refund. Please be aware that customers are responsible for return postage fees. 

Cancellations 

We all know what it's like to have a change of heart after making an online purchase, so if you wish to cancel your order please do this at your earliest convenience. 

Please note: after your item has been sent, we will be unable to cancel your order and you will have to return your item and request a refund.
