Delivery

Items will be delivered via Royal Mail and we aim to have your delivery with you within 2-3 days of dispatch. If you have any issues with receiving your item, please contact us.

For international items, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Be aware that your items may be held at custom and we can not 100% guarantee when your item will be with you. If you haven't received your item within 14 days, please do get in touch and we will try our best to resolve this. 

  • Please note: we will not be held responsible for any customs fees due. 

Refunds & Returns

If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us as we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue. 

However, if you still wish to receive a refund please return your item to us within 28 days of purchasing and we will provide you with a full refund. 

Cancellations

We all know what it's like to have a change of heart after making an online purchase, so if you wish to cancel your order please do this at your earliest convenience. 

Please note: after your item has been sent, we will be unable to cancel your order and you will have to return your item and request a refund.
